ALL PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION PAYMENTS MAY WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR 100% REFUND PRIOR TO THE FIRST PRACTICE DATE. FROM THE FIRST PRACTICE DATE UP UNTIL THE LEAGUE WEIGH-IN DATE, REFUNDS WILL BE PRORATED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE LEAGUE WEIGH-IN DATE HAS PASSED. ANY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY THE OAKLYN COUGARS MUST ALREADY HAVE BEEN RETURNED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION.
PAYMENTS COLLECTED ARE TREATED AS A DONATION. THESE DONATION PAYMENTS ARE WHAT ALLOWS US TO SET A BUDGET FOR ALL NEEDED OPERATIONAL EXPENSES. WE ARE NOT BUSINESS PROVIDING A SERVICE. INSTEAD, WE ARE A 503(C) CHARITY ORGANIZATION PROVIDING A RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR YOUNG PARTICIPANTS WITH AN ALL VOLUNTEER STAFF AND BOARD.
